What to expect:
We will warm up with some pranayama and yoga before moving into the breathwork practice.
You will explore new depths of your consciousness and get to know parts of yourself that may have been hidden or buried. Breath is our most powerful tool!
What to bring:
Yoga Mat
Pillow or Blanket (if you’d like something for support while sitting)
Small towel or scarf to cover your eyes
Water bottle
